Policies Pricing Essence of Esther does not have a one price fits all for our products. Products are priced upon the types of oils, butters, salts, and other natural ingredients used to make our products. We carefully select high quality raw materials from well established vendors. Using the highest quality ensures that you, our customers, receive products that will not only meet our high standards, but yours as well. We believe our prices to be fair and competitive to other members of the Handmade Beauty Network. Payment Options Essence of Esther accepts Master Card, Visa, and American express credit cards. You may also use a check or money order made payable to Essence of Esther (U.S. funds only). All checks must clear before products are shipped. There will be a $25.00 fee for all returned checks. We do not accept C.O.D. orders. Shipments Shipments are made via the United States Postal Service (U.S.P.S.), using Standard Express, Priority Two Day, or Overnight, as we have found this is the most economical method for shipping. All shipped orders are insured. Claims for damages should be filed with the U.S.P.S soon as possible. Please notify Essence of Esther when a claim is initiated. Gift Certificates An Essence of Esther Gift Certificate is available in any denomination of $25.00. There is no expiration date for the gift certificates.
Gift Baskets and Boxes Due to market availability, the design of the basket may change. Contents of gifts baskets/boxes are subject to change, due to the availability of the product. Any substitution of a product will be made with a product of equal value. We will, however, contact you to inform you of the change. Return Policy All sales are FINAL and CANNOT be returned. Please be sure of your selections prior to completing the order. If you are not sure of a product, please order a sample size before purchasing the regular size. Please note: there are exceptions to this rule, and any inquiries must be made within 5 days of your purchase or the date you receive your order to our Customer Service. These exceptions will only be valid only, if the products have not been used. If you are returning a product to Essence of Esther, please use an insured, pre-paid method. Please include your original packing slip/receipt with your invoice number, Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#), and reason for return. Orders purchased for Gifts, may be exchanged within 5 days, as long as they have not been opened. NO CASH REFUNDS. Please call our Customer Service for more information. All exchanges must be authorized and issued a RMA#. Products-Gifts returned without an RMA# will be discarded. |
